Technical Information

 

-SET UP: One hour      STRIKE: One half hour

 

-Motion 360 personnel: one performer; no technician.

 

-The performer will arrive approximately one hour prior to performance. (Earlier by arrangement for tech.)

 

-Load-in and load-out will be done by the performer; a representative of the SPONSOR will be present at load-in to help with technical needs.

 

-Performance area will be available to the performer one hour prior to performance.

 

- Performance area must be cleared, swept and mopped prior to load-in.

 

-Minimum stage dimensions are 25’ wide x 18’ deep x 11’ high.  Larger is better. Gymnasium is fine. Specific floor covering is not required. If area is carpeted, show can be adapted, but works best on solid surface.

 

-The SPONSOR will provide one step ladder (4-8 feet) to be used during the performance.

 

-Performance area must have one working power outlet with at least 15 amps.

 

-General lighting is sufficient for the performance; a representative of the SPONSOR must check equipment in advance of performer’s arrival to ensure that bulbs are replaced and lighting is in working order.

 

-Motion 360 will provide sound equipment. House systems can be used as negotiated.

 

-Motion 360 agrees to strike within one hour of final performance.
